1. Dust-Free Workshops

Our dust-free workshops support end-to-end manufacturing with dedicated lines for SMT, AI, DIP, coating, testing, and final assembly. A clean, well-organized production environment—combined with real-time digital dashboards and automated process monitoring—helps ensure stable quality, high efficiency, and full traceability. From Assembly → Testing → Packaging, every step is managed under standardized controls to deliver consistent, reliable products at scale.

2. Information System for Production Managements and Traceability

Our manufacturing is fully digitized with a self-developed SMP system for engineering change note (ECN) control and production records, combined with an MES system that monitors the entire production process in real time. MES is deployed across every workstation, covering in-line quality control, AP testing stations, and final assembly, enabling full traceability, faster issue response, and consistent, reliable output.
